This policy covers our website, our booking and intake forms, our email and text communications, and the media services we provide.
Payments are processed by a third party payment processor. Card numbers and bank details go directly to that processor. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers on our systems. We do receive confirmation of payment, the amount, and the last four digits of the method used.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with data brokers.
If you give us your phone number, we may text or call you about a booking, a schedule change, arrival on shoot day, or a delivery. These are service messages tied to work you have hired us to do.
Separately, we may send you marketing texts if you have opted in to receive them. You can stop those at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Opting out of marketing texts does not stop service messages about an active booking. If you want no texts at all, tell us and we will contact you by email only.
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used.
We use Google Analytics to measure traffic and on-page behavior. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your IP address, the pages you view, and the actions you take. Google processes this on our behalf. You can read Google's practices at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can opt out across all sites using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. Parts of the site may not work correctly if you block them.
We share your information only with the parties who need it to deliver the service, and only as much as they need.
Everyone in that list is bound to use your information only for the purpose we gave it to them for.
Photographs and video of a property are the subject of the service, and they are also our creative work. Ownership and licensing of that work are covered in our Terms of Service.
For privacy purposes, two things are worth stating plainly. First, we photograph the property, not the people in it. If a person appears incidentally in an image and you tell us, we will remove or replace that frame. Second, we may display delivered work in our own portfolio and marketing. If you need a property excluded from our portfolio, tell us in writing before delivery and we will honor it.
We use industry standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections on our website and forms, access controls on our systems, and vendors who maintain their own security programs.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you send us information at your own risk. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
We respond to requests within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on one.
If you live in California, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to request deletion, the right to request correction, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

Our services are for real estate professionals and property owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the business changes. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will notify active clients by email.
