What makes Mosaic listing photos look different?

We plan each shoot on a call first, photograph at eye level in natural light, and deliver the gallery in the order you’d walk the home. The first few frames show what the home is like to live in, and full room coverage follows.

Will this style of photos still work on the MLS and Zillow?

Yes. Every shoot covers every room and exterior view buyers and the MLS expect, delivered at the sizes each platform needs. The highlight shots lead the gallery and full coverage follows, so you meet every requirement and the listing still stands apart in search results.

How fast are listing photos delivered?

Standard is MLS ready within 24 hours, Signature within 36 and Prestige within 48. Everything lands in your portal, where it stays permanently.

How much does real estate photography cost with Mosaic Property Solutions?

Packages start at $449 for homes up to 2,000 sq ft, including a 3D virtual tour and floor plan. Signature is $579, adds drone photo and video in a vertical reel plus virtual twilight, and is the package agents book most. Prestige is $989 for homes up to 5,000 sq ft and adds a full-length home tour video and a real twilight shoot. Zillow Showcase can be added to any package for $100. Larger homes are quoted after a short call.

Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, and greater Sacramento, including Natomas, Elk Grove, Florin, Lemon Hill, Rancho Cordova, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Roseville and Woodland.

Why is there a strategy call before every shoot?

Fifteen minutes before the shoot lets us plan the shoot around what makes the home special and who your buyer is, sort access and staging, and check the address against FAA airspace so a no-fly zone never surprises anyone on shoot day.

Why won't my MLS accept my listing video link?

Many MLS video fields only accept standard YouTube or Vimeo watch links. YouTube Shorts links and links from media hosting platforms often get rejected even when the video itself is compliant. Every Mosaic walkthrough comes with a standard watch link that pastes straight into the MLS field.
