The Standard inside 24 hours, The Signature inside 36, The Prestige inside 48. A twilight shoot is a second visit, so the clock starts after it.
Drone work is flown by an FAA Part 107 certificated pilot. Most airspace needs LAANC authorization, which takes 72 hours, so aerial packages book at least three days out. We check your address on the strategy call, and if the property sits in a no fly zone we quote the non-aerial rate up front. If weather or a late authorization stops the flight on shoot day, we return on the next clear window and shoot the aerial at no charge.
Free reschedule with more than 24 hours notice. Inside 24 hours, or a lockout on arrival, a $40 fee applies and clears before the shoot is rebooked.
Exterior and aerial reshoots are free when weather calls the shoot. We move you to the next clear window.
